| SupportDesk, our first iPhone Application |

Today we submitted SupportDesk, our first iPhone Application to Apple for review. While travelling we like to stay informed. Not only about the news in 'the outside world' but also about what is happening here at IT2BE. Being 'on the road' does not mean that business stops. People will still buy products and will always ask for support, report bugs and ask for a new feature. Although our website, store and support site have a web interface for administration we often found that it was too slow or that we could not do things the way we wanted. It was at that time that we decided to look for native iPhone applications to do that job for us. Unfortunately we could not find them. It is for that reason that we decided to build them ourselves. The first result of our work is SupportDesk. It is a ©Kayako eSupport® or SupportSuite© helpdesk software client.
