
 The Outlook Plug-in for Servoy makes it possible to integrate 2-way communication with Microsoft Outlook®.
With the Outlook Plug-in the Servoy developer will get the ability to add, retreive and/or synchronize a solution or module with the various folders of Microsoft Outlook®.
Microsoft Outlook is one of the most widespread personal information managers in the world of Microsoft Windows®. It can be found on most desktops of our (potential) customers.

Not only is synchronization possible, it is also possible to work with attachments!.
The Plug-in won't replace the built in functionality of your solution but can be used to make your solution work together with MS Outlook.

When you start using one or more of our Plug-ins and Beans, Free or Commercial, you need to install them into your Servoy Application Server directory.
To avoid surprises and stress during (or after) the installation process we advise you to read the below
instructions, watch the
video's and import the
sample solution.
Servoy 4 Eclipse
Installation of our Plug-ins and Beans is done by making use of our IT2BE Manager tool.
IT2BE Manager can be used to manually install, uninstall, upgrade, downgrade, archive and unarchive all our Components.

Manager Manual.

To make the installation and update process of our Plug-ins and Beans as easy as possible we have developed the Update Manager.
The Update Manager is also what you will actually download and install before you can really install a Plug-in or a Bean.

Support Kit
The Support Kit is your 'First Aid Kit' for when you get into trouble or need help to get going. Based on the type of Support Kit you bought from us we can give you up to 2, 5 or 10 hours of support. When you need direct support (incident) or more structural support, the Support Kit is your choice.
Service Level Agreement or Support Kit
A Service Level Agreement gives you Priority Support for all your bugfixes, issues and questions regarding our Components or anything else that was agreed.
A Support Kit is valid for any type of Support, excluding bugfixes, within the per incident agreed timeframe.
License Agreement
Use of our plug-ins and beans is always subject to our Terms and Conditions and License agreement that accompany the components.

License files:
When you sent your request the confirmation email that you receive will include 2 files.
The .xml file is the file that contains your Developer License Key. You need to import into your Servoy Developer environment (see above instructions). You are never allowed to deploy your Developer License.
The .txt file contains a license string for each Component. The license string should be included in your Servoy Solution before you call the Component for the first time.
Licenses for Servoy 3.x
New Customers:
If you have not already purchased an IT2BE Plug-in or Bean License,
go to the
download section to download the Installer for the Update Manager.
Run the Installer and install the Update Manager in the Servoy directory of your choice.
Start Servoy Developer and navigate to 'Tools/IT2BE Update Manager'.
Check the "Update" checkbox for the IT2BE Plug-in(s) and/or Bean(s) of your choice.
Select the "Update" button and wait for the Component(s) to download.
Returning Customers:
If you have already purchased an IT2BE Plug-in or Bean License, go to the
contact pages to apply for an IT2BE Trial License - doing so will prevent any conflict with existing IT2BE Component Licensing.
License jars:
For each component you will receive 2 license jars. These jars are loaded into the it2be-developer and it2be-runtime subfolders under the plugins folder of Servoy.
The ${product}-developer.jar license jar is there for your development environment. You are never allowed to deploy these license jars.
The ${product}-runtime.jar license jar is the jar you are allowed to deploy when your license grants you these rights.
