The Support Kit is your 'First Aid Kit' for when you get into trouble or need help to get going.
Based on the type of Support Kit you bought from us we can give you up to 2, 5 or 10 hours of support.
When you need direct support (incident) or more structural support, the Support Kit is your choice.

Support Kit or Service Level Agreement
A Support Kit is valid for any type of Support, excluding bugfixes, within the per incident agreed timeframe.
A Service Level Agreement gives you Priority Support for all your bugfixes, issues and questions regarding our Components or anything else that was agreed.

Service Level Agreement and Support Kit clients are marked as such in our Support System.
